The Low Pressure Abrasive Jet Cleaning System has many uses for industrial cleaning, from cleaning machinery with minimal mess and disruption, to building cleaning. Call us to discuss your requirements or to request a demonstration.

One area of specialism is low pressure cleaning of car body panels, because of the low pressures, and the 'cold' blast, thin metal panels are not distorted by the cleaning action and paint can be easily removed. The thin layer of 'gingering' - a result of our wet process, can be eliminated by using rust preventatives in our system, by drying the metal soon after blasting and washing off. Alternatively (as was the case here) a suitable metal primer can be used that combines with the iron oxide itself. We can offer Zinga (a water curing Galvanising paint) treatment ourselves.

A slightly bigger project, where the relative lack of spent abrasive - and hence mess, made our machine the system of choice. |
- The low pressures mean that the system is gentle enough to clean delicate surfaces, yet powerful enough to strip multiple layers of paint in one pass.
- It is not a chemical process so no noxious or harmful slurries or fumes are generated.
- As it uses only minimal amounts of water and abrasive the system is regularly used indoors.
- Considerably less mess than other systems, the low pressures mean that secondary mess is also minimised.
- Has successfully cleaned stone, bricks, metal, hard woods and fibreglass. No interference with other work in area.
